This is the time for every member of the NDC to strike while the iron is hot.
After listening to our leader Senator Seriake Dickson on Channels Television a few days ago regarding the alleged attempt to deregister the NDC by those opposed to political change, no committed member should have any reason to doubt the strength of our leadership or the future of our party.
Now is the time to move forward with confidence, reclaim our political space, and work tirelessly toward victory. Politics is about presenting convincing ideas, connecting with the people, and earning their trust through grassroots engagement.
The NDC should immediately focus on winning every polling unit across the country. We must avoid unnecessary distractions and concentrate on mobilizing voters in every community, ward, and village. The election can be won before Election Day through effective grassroots campaigns and voter education.
Our message to Nigerians should be clear: vote for change. Vote against the high cost of living, unemployment, insecurity, including banditry and kidnapping, and poor governance. Demand greater accountability in public borrowing, transparent contract awards, and fair distribution of public resources and social intervention programmes.
The NDC should begin full-scale mobilization without further delay. With unity, determination, and hard work, we can build support from the North to the South and from the East to the West.
Victory is never automatic—it depends on organization, commitment, and the support of the electorate. Every member should therefore dedicate time and effort to peaceful, lawful, and issue-based campaigns that will persuade Nigerians to support the NDC at the polls.
Together, we can work towards a better future for Nigeria.
